STONX TV is a 24/7 parody channel about trading, live on YouTube, Kick and Twitch, with this website at stonx.tv. This page says what data we handle, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: you can watch and read everything here without an account, we set no cookies on this site, and we sell nothing about anyone.
You don't sign in, and we don't set cookies or keep anything in your browser. Our host, Cloudflare, receives each request (with your IP address and browser details) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and our server logs are kept for a short time to run and fix the site.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, uses no fingerprinting and doesn't identify you: it records the page, where the visit came from, the country, the kind of browser and device, and how fast the page loaded, and we only ever see totals.
The Live page plays our stream in YouTube's player, in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The player is YouTube's: when it plays, Google may store data on your device and process data about the viewing under Google's privacy policy. The links to our channels on YouTube, Kick and Twitch take you to those platforms, where their own policies apply. The On Demand page shows thumbnails from YouTube's servers.
The studio is where the channel is made. It is open only to people we invite. Sign-in is handled by Clerk, which keeps each member's name, email address and sign-in sessions, and sets the cookies the sign-in needs. We use them only to let members in and to record who approved or changed what.
The studio connects to the channel's own YouTube account through Google's sign-in, when one of our admins chooses to. With that permission STONX TV:
We keep only what that needs: the connection's refresh token, encrypted, in our database, and the IDs and status of the videos we uploaded. We don't read anyone else's data, we don't share or sell any of it, and we don't use it for advertising. STONX TV's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. An admin can disconnect YouTube in the studio at any time, which deletes the token; the permission can also be revoked from your Google account.
No advertising or tracking cookies, no profiles, no data sold or rented, no newsletters. The cast's portfolios are simulated and hold no one's money. STONX TV is not meant for children under 13.
